It is made of white asbestos fibre cords, impregnated with PTFE dispersion. (Addition of lubricant is optional).
Recommended for all rotating and reciprocating pumps, mixers and valves sealing against hot and cold water, ammonia, caustics, mild acids, difficult chemicals, air, gasses, steam, solvents, oil and most marine applications.
